Terms & Conditions of Services

1 - Cancelling & Refund Policy:


Should the client want to cancel the photoshoot, they may do so within a timeframe of 1 week before the photoshoot. A full refund will be extended if the cancellation falls under the said timeframe.

However, no refund will be given if the client cancels and does not fall under the timeframe. Unless they need to reschedule due to any reasonable unforeseen circumstances, which include but are not limited to, rain, emergencies, family crises etc. Only then, if the photographer or client can not agree upon a replacement date, a full refund will be extended to the client.


The client can schedule a replacement photoshoot should they wish not to cancel altogether. This courtesy will only be extended twice, after that the photographer is not inclined to extend a refund or replacement photoshoot.


Should the photographer cancel a photoshoot, they must do so within a timeframe of 1 week. Unless they need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, which include but are not limited to, rain, emergencies family crises, etc. Only then, if the photographer or client can not agree upon a replacement date, a full refund will be extended to the client.

2 - Online Gallery Delivery Time:


The photographer has a timeframe of 1 - 3 weeks to deliver the online gallery to the client. Unless another timeframe was discussed or agreed upon by both client and photographer.


The photographer is liable to provide the services listed on the package/quote the client chose/accepted and paid in full for. They are not however liable for extra services not stated.

3 - Lost or corrupted photos:


Should the photographer lose the photos or experience a corrupted file/SD card a refund of 75% of the original amount will be given back.

4 - After delivery of services:


After the online gallery is delivered to the client they are entitled to make changes 2x. After, the photographer will not be held responsible for the photos.

The photographer will not be liable for any photos that the client loses.


The photographer will not be held accountable for a refund after the photoshoot or delivery of the online gallery.

5 - Scheduling Policy:


To make a booking, the client has to contact the photographer through the website, social media, or WhatsApp. The photographer will then either present the client with different pricing packages to choose from or issue a quote.

The client must state the acceptance of the quote or which package they choose and be given an invoice by the photographer.

Once the full payment per the invoice or an agreed-upon deposit is paid and the date and time are agreed upon by both client and photographer, then and only then is the booking set.

6 - Travelling policy:


All packages exclude the travelling fee. Should the photographer be called out to anywhere out of a 50km radius of Fairland, Johannesburg. A travelling fee will be included in the invoice, which has to be paid in full before the photoshoot.

7 - Accommodation policy:


Please note the following - should the photographer have to travel to work (this will likely be for event based photography:

  • Anything from 100km out of the Fairlands area of the photoshoot continuing after 6 pm will require accommodation (unless the photographer states they will drive or have accommodation of their own).
  • When the above requirements for accommodation are met, the client is responsible for the accommodation of the photographer.
  • Must be in a safe neighbourhood.
  • The room must be private and have a decent bathroom.
  • The photographer does not accept accommodations in people's houses (unless it's an Air B&B or guesthouse).
  • The client must organize everything, like keys etc.
